Returns & Refund Policy

At Nima Afrika, we take pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
To initiate a return, please email us at shylo@nimaafrika.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Nima Afrika cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
If your return is not approved, we will contact you with further details.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
- Personalised or custom-made products
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require a size or product exchange, please contact us to check availability.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary
- Contact your bank
If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
